The four people who lead us.

David spends most of his time where the decisions get made earliest: with manufacturers, distributors and dealers, working out which emerging technology is ready to put in front of a client and which is not yet. He leads our installation and integration division.

Before founding us in 2001, David ran hotel-based AV operations for a national event technology company, and held leadership roles at Hilton and Marriott International.

David lives in Mukilteo with his wife and two children.

David's story

James runs company operations, working alongside the CFO and General Manager on resources, procedures and talent. Our staff development runs through him, and his open-door policy is the mechanism, not the slogan.

He came up through hotel hospitality with a foundation in food and beverage. He met David working at the Bellevue Red Lion; they founded us in 2001 because the Seattle market had no customer-first AV option and they thought it should.

James splits his time between Gilbert, Arizona and Bellevue, Washington.

Jennifer owns our budgets and forecasts, and works directly with the sales team on how targets get set.

She joined as a business administrator in 2010 and became our Chief Financial Officer. Business Management, Washington State University.

Jennifer lives in Renton with her husband and four sons.
