We start on your network, not in your room.

Commercial AV is an IT system with speakers attached. We audit the network before we design anything, so the system we hand over still behaves the way your IT team expects in year five, not just on opening day.

Before we design anything

Every install starts the same way, and it does not start with equipment.

Site survey. We walk the space and document what is actually there, not what the drawings say is there.

Network readiness audit. We test the network the system will live on: capacity, segmentation, switching, addressing, and what happens to AV traffic when the building is full.

The worst thing we have found: a company weeks away from committing seven figures to AV, on a network with no multicast traffic management of any kind. Audio and video over IP is multicast traffic. Unmanaged, it floods every port it can reach. That audit cost a few days. Skipping it would have produced a seven figure system that fails in a way that looks like an AV problem and is not.

Discovery. Only then do we sit down with you, and the conversation is about outcomes rather than gear. What has to happen in this room, who is joining from somewhere else, and what success looks like when every seat is taken.

Run it in the other order and the network problem surfaces on commissioning day, when the fix is a change order and a delay. Discovery and the readiness audit are not a separate product we are upselling you. They are the part of the job that decides whether the rest of it works.

Design and engineering

We design from your outcomes, against industry standards and our own internal standards for each room type. The design is built to scale: the same standard holds in one room or two hundred, in this building or in the one you open next year.

Then engineering takes it. Programming, control interfaces, unified communications configuration, network design and schematics are produced before anything is ordered. You sign off on a proposal and a timeline that already has the technical work behind it.

Procurement and staging

Equipment comes to our warehouse, not straight to your loading dock. Every piece is checked and prepped before it ships. Displays get their mounts, systems get bench tested, and we enter every piece we install into an inventory record by serial number, asset type, quantity and year of purchase.

Five years from now, when something needs replacing, or your insurer or your auditor asks what is actually in the building, the answer is already written down.

On site

We project manage the work alongside the general contractor, the architect, the low voltage trade and whoever else is in the building. We manage the installation and we commission the system ourselves.

Handover is not a set of keys. Your team is trained, the documentation is written, and you hold administrative access to your own system.

One spec that scales with you

We can standardize a huddle room, a conference room, an executive space and a boardroom on one spec that scales with you across your entire organization. The order is standardize first, then manage. If you want us to hold the rooms after the install, that second half is managed AV.

After the install

Hardware has a life, and ours are planned for three to eight years depending on how fast the product category moves.

If you keep the rooms under a managed AV agreement, we monitor them above the huddle room and report on how they are actually performing. We hold to defined patch cadences set by device type and network posture. And we can integrate with your ITSM, so an AV fault becomes a ticket in the system your team already works in.

How managed AV works

Why our price is lower

You will hear the same pitch from a larger integrator: same equipment, same standards. That part is true. The difference is what it costs each of us to get there.

A large integrator carries your project on its balance sheet from purchase order to final payment, and the cost of carrying it is inside the number they quote you. We take a deposit that covers the estimated project cost up front. We are not financing your project, so you are not paying us to finance it, and that difference goes into your price instead of our margin.

It is also why we can keep a proposal honest. Equipment prices move. Tariffs move, freight moves, local labor moves. If you sit on a proposal for two quarters, we reissue it and tell you what changed and why, rather than letting you sign a number that stopped being true.
